Our Customer Service team is currently interviewing for an experienced (minimum of three years) CSR who has worked in a web offset printing plant. This is not an entry level position! Requirements include knowledge of workflow from sales through prepress, press, bindery, mailing and shipping. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, and multi-task environment are also required. Our CSRs must have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and possess professional telephone and interpersonal communication skills. The work requires a proficiency in basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator. Extensive experience with computers (e-mail and data entry/retrieval is required). This is a day shift, Monday-Friday position.

Journal Graphics has an opening for a night shift Ink Jet mailing operator with experience running in-line bindery equipment, strong bindery stitcher skills and extensive mechanical and hands-on mailing experience. This position also requires a person who has well developed organizational and strong communication skills and can quickly adapt to changing business needs in a highly productive department. The work hours for this shift are 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

We have an immediate need for experienced and highly motivated operators of Mueller and Heidelberg stitchers, perfect binders and other bindery equipment. Requires organization and communication skills; attention to detail and proven ability to produce quality work in a fast paced environment.
Basic communication, reading, writing and math skills required. The bindery department operates on a 24/7 schedule with 10-12 hour shifts.
